FastTrack Gmail to Exchange Online Migration
Introduction
This guide is intended to walk you through enablement steps needed to be ready for a FastTrack Gmail migration through Migration Hub. After completing these steps, you will be ready to move onto Migration Hub setup and configuration.
Prerequisites
Complete the following prerequisites before continuing:
- Create a subdomain to route mail to Google Workspace
- Create a subdomain for mail routing to your Google Workspace domain
- Provision Microsoft 365 mail users
- Verify Google migration administrator role assignments
- Create CSV of test mailbox to migrate (see step 10 in documentation)
Migration Endpoint Creation and Test Migration
In this task, we will walk through creating a migration endpoint as well as a test batch of at least one mailbox. Successfully migrating a mailbox through this guide validates that FastTrack migration tooling will be able to leverage the endpoint you create for migration.

- Sign in to your Google workspace account:
- Wait for the prerequisite steps to show a green check next to each item.
- In the Migration endpoint section:
- Note: Numbers for concurrent migrations and concurrent incremental syncs is a suggestion. You may want to lower or raise these numbers as needed. The maximum you can configure is 300 connections

You will now be redirected to the Migration batches page, monitor the migration for completion. If the mailbox(es) scheduled complete successfully you are ready to move onto FastTrack Migration Hub
